3 Bedroom Bungalow

Our client was looking to retire into a new bungalow on land he had acquired close to their family in Cheshire. With the clients' input, we designed a single level dwelling and submitted the plans, along with supporting documentation, to the Local Authority. We achieved planning permission and proceeded to produce the technical designs to satisfy Building Regulations.

The project culminated in the successful completion of a beautiful bungalow that not only meets the client's needs but also respects the surrounding environment and local wildlife. The design features a spacious, open-plan layout that maximizes natural light and provides a seamless connection to the outdoor space, enhancing the overall living experience.

Throughout the design and construction process, we prioritized sustainability and environmental considerations. The use of Cheshire red brick not only complements the local architectural style but also ensures durability and low maintenance. Additionally, we incorporated energy-efficient systems and materials to minimize the home's carbon footprint.

The careful planning and execution of the tree and habitat surveys ensured that the existing wildlife was protected, and the landscaping was designed to enhance biodiversity on the site. The flood risk assessment and subsequent elevation of the floor slab provide peace of mind for the client, ensuring their new home remains safe and secure from potential flooding.

Overall, this project created a welcoming and sustainable home for our client in Cheshire.
