We can carry out a survey of the property in existing condition perhaps in the instance of a barn for conversion or a former public house, or a neglected residential property and note the defects and areas for repair on construction plans, along with the notes for a conversion of the building, and/or alterations and extension to meet the client requirements.
Repairs to a building, cracks and defects may fall under the heading of
maintenance and renovation’ and are not always inspected or fall under the building inspectors remit.
