New Build with Mono-Pitched Roof

A new build development within some additional garden curtilage to an existing dwelling in Cheshire lead to DBD designing and intriguing split-level home with a modern design style. Two mono-pitched roofs made the main the main living area of the dwelling with extensive glazing front and rear for the kitchen/living areas. The sloping site accommodated a lower level entrance and integrated garage, then upstairs was all the living space.
