Barn Conversion with extension approved in High Peak

A planning application to convert a redundant stone barn in High Peak into a four bedroom dwelling with a contemporary single storey extension has been approved.

The proposed dwelling has the opportunity to look northwards at a stunning view towards Kinder Scout National Nature Reserve whilst gaining a lot of light in the process.

The proposed extension will enjoy a front patio area that can be accessed from each proposed extension room through the use of sliding and standard glazed doors. The decking/patio area will be appropriately and safely fenced off with steps down on the east and west side; accessing the driveway on the east, and a new sunken garden on the west.
